GABRIELLE is so correct. Start your fasting step by step, first 13 hours fasting with 11 hours of eating break. But don't go crazy and keep hogging away. Also important is have your essential resources before you like Himalayan Salt and MCT coconut oil. Drink lots of water with Himalayan salt and without the salt. Slowly and steadily increase your fast period by an hour. Till you reach the 16-hour fasting. Remember, nothing comes easily, but good things happen when you slowly but consistently step by step and before you know it, you have won and lost lots of weight. Gabrielle is the best as she keeps reminding us how to achieve our goals. Thanks, Gabrielle.

Hi I only drink black coffee now.. I actually don’t like milk or sweeteners in coffee .. I like to taste the coffee… it took a while to get used to no milk but now I prefer it ! Gabrielle

I started drinking black coffee quite weak … now I drink it a bit stronger as I’m used to it and now really lije it … some people add a dash of pure cream and it doesn’t seem to break the fast .. you can also try adding a 1/4 or a 1/2 teaspoon of monk fruit as a sugar alternative if you like sweet coffee or tea. Monk fruit will not break your fast as it does not contain calories or carbohydrates. It won't raise blood sugar levels and help you avoid an insulin spike. Other benefits offered by monk fruit include antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its sugar-free content will not interfere with your weight loss journey. I hope this helps ! Gabrielle

What about when you lose weight? Are you going to fast forever?means you are going to eat ones a day. When you start eating 3 times a day your weight comes back… you lose muscles which you actually need to have better metabolism… why just try to eat less in every meal? Try to make peace with your body and food… prolong fasting ruins your metabolism…

hi you can maintain weight loss by fasting 16 hrs a day .. finish dinner at 7 or 8 pm and then eat again at 11 or 12 .. there is no need to eat 3 times a day .. and you don’t lose muscle doing this . you are giving your body a break from food instead of constantly eating and digesting .. eat 1-2 meals a day .. far more healthier ! thanks gabrielle

I actually respectfully disagree . I don’t believe our bodies were designed to be constantly shovelling food into them. We are meant to give our bodies periods of no food so we can digest and metabolise the food we eat properly. I believe eating once a day is better for our metabolism and gut health than eating 3 meals a day and it is better for our brain health. You can also maintain. Good healthy weight this way also.
