Yeast likes invert sugar more than regular sugar. So, make some invert sugar and see the improvement in fermentation for yourself. In this episode, I walk you through this simple process.

Rule of thumb is generally 2lb per gallon however 1.5lb per gallon is easier on the yeast and comfortable yeast don't produce off flavors and odors...

Lbry is an alternative to KZfaq with less censorship, good video. Thanks. Maybe do a video about flavor profiles that carry over. Corn yeilds sweet flavor. Wormwood yeilds a minty green flavor, blueberries yeilds a cool flavor.. these are ones I've noticed but carrots surprised me the most

im stuck here with brown sugar , wonder if it will work? IM in Panama...only brown sugar.....hey! one quick question- where did you get that cool stirring setup- motor, mount, and stainless paddle....i could sure use one of those!

Im having an issue i think invert sugar will cure.my hard ciders get sweeter after bottling due to inversion occuring after capping. How long do you boil your mix till its done?

Yes, Invert sugar is easier for the yeast to digest.
