- 1 Cup Bell Pepper (Three Coloured)
- 1/2 Cup Brocolli (Blanched & Finely Chopped)
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
- 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 Tsp Oregano
- 2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 2 Cup Blanched Tomato Puree
- 2 Tsp Red Chilli Paste (Reshampatta)
- 1/4th Cup Boiled Pasta (Optional)
- 2 Boiled Potato (Smashed)
- 1/4th Cup Fresh Cream
- 1/4th Cup Grated Processed & Mozzarella Cheese
- 6 to 7 Basil Leaves (Chopped)
- 2 Tsp Lemon Juice
- Salt to Taste
For Cheese Masala Pav
- 12 to 14 Square Pav
- Cheese Spread
- Oregano
- Chilli Flakes
- Red Chilli Powder
- Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
For Serving
- Onion & Bell Pepper (Julian Cut)
- Salt
- Papperika Powder or Red Chilli Powder
- Butter
- Grated Cheese
