250g self raising flour
50g dessicated coconut
1tsp vanilla extract
1tsp baking powder

Love this Rahema you know baking is my thing! This looks so perfect 👌🏽. You can’t beat a good jam and coconut sponge with custard(if you can get any) during this quarantine!

Yes you can have this the next day and eat it cold too.

Yes you can do, just make sure the butter is at room temperature and really soft x

You have to bake the cake for around 30 minutes.

How long do you preheat oven and what temperature

I put the oven on when I start making the cake batter, probably around 10-15 mins, at the same temperature as baking the cake (170c fan)
