I love the sweet / hot combination of this keto jalapeno jelly. It goes well with chicken, pork, and lamb. It is clean keto / low carb and sugar free!

Yum! Now I will have to check my farmer's market for jalapenos. We have a gentleman who grows all sorts of chilies and his stall is very popular among the shoppers.

It will last quite a while - a couple of weeks any way. In our house, it gets eaten quickly

Can I use regular suregell for the gelatin… I have 8 boxes to use and it’s expensive!

What about the monk fruit sweetener?

You can try it, however, most monkfruit sweeteners are mostly erythritol which tends to crystalize.

How long does this last in the refrigerator?

It will last for a couple of weeks, but it is so good you will most likely use it all before it goes bad

Well I made this but water bathed it. Big mistake….the gelatin bloomed once the jelly was cold. It looked like mold! 😳 Didn’t want to eat it! Bummer.
