It seems like preparing kimchi is such a family uniting time :) Everybody is busy cutting the radish, all the greens, while talking and having tv on the background. I would love to have such a 'tradition' with my fam :)

I miss homemade Kimchi. Its the best. Just like homemade Tamales. Mum never makes it anymore cause its such a labor intensive process, just like the video.

and I thought watching Maangshi make kimchi out of a few heads of cabbage was a lot! That's a crazy amount of kimchi! I bet it was really rewarding when you guys were done. Fresh kimchi is the BEST!!! Looks delicious :3
