Can canned coconut milk be used instead of coconut milk? If so, do you just use the coconut cream or mix the liquid with the cream and use it that way? Also, should the canned milk be refrigerated prior to use? Thank you,

Thx for this good recipe! Is there any reason why you didn't use the Ice Cream program? I just wonder if you really need this programs bc the one without it is much cheaper.

You can just use the manual setting. The program settings are loved by quite a few but i've always used manual as I am used to the TNC 5200 Vitamix. Happy Blending!

I am trying to make black sesame ice cream. With black sesame paste in my freeze already , should I add milk powder or condensed milk to make it work?

We haven't worked with black sesame paste but the general rule of thumb for ice cream is 1 part liquid 3 parts frozen.

OOOO that sounds interesting. Adult Only Ice Cream! Not really a fan of the Baileys but you could always use a normal chocolate ice cream Vitamix recipe and omit some of the milk and use Baileys :)

what about regular cream? It won't turn to butter in the blender will it?

Just made this followed your way, it didnt turn out good. The problem i have is that maple sirup went all the way down to the buttom of the jar and get very sticky and not blended well at all. Another thing is that thw cocal powder should have been sifted prior to blend to eliminate the lumps. The finished product is watery and not frozen.
