As your competition gets better and better, you're going to be faced with tougher and tougher defense. If you have the ability to hit tough shots or difficult shots, you'll be a step above everyone else. The most elite scorers are able to score with a defender contesting the shot. In this video we'll look at CJ McCollum, Bradley Beal, and Jayson Tatum to see how they get their shot off. Then we'll go through a full workout with a focus on the controlled fade that targets your ability to hit contested shots. Let's work!
Elite Ball Handling program coming soon!

Thanks coach , this will come in handy . Me and my friends are going to have a 2v2 in a few weeks . Are there any plays or advice that works well for 2v2 on both offence and defence ?

Usually playing 2 on 2, I’ll look to set or use a bunch of ball screens just to get some movement happening, that’s what I’d recommend

Chicken Wing Chicken Wing you can do this workout as often as you’d like. You can mix it in if you want to. I’d say once or twice a week is solid.
