- 1 Kg (1000 g) of all-purpose flour
- 4 Large mackerel fish (1.2 Kg)
- 450 g Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1 can of Evaporated milk (160 ml; 170g)
- ½ Tbs of Salt
- ¼ Tsp of Sugar
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 6g of Baking powder
