Ingredients:
250g of Maizena cookies
125g of unsalted melted butter
600g of cream cheese
2 cans of condensed milk
400ml of cream
2 packets (24g) of unflavored gelatin (for the filling)
1 packet (12g) of unflavored gelatin (for the topping)
200g of goiabada (guava paste)
200ml of water
Preparation:
Prepare the base by crushing the cookies and mixing with melted butter, press into the mold and refrigerate.
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin in water and set aside.
Whip the cream cheese and add condensed milk, then cream. Incorporate the hydrated gelatin and pour over the base. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
For the topping, dissolve goiabada in water, add the hydrated gelatin, cool, and cover the cheesecake. Refrigerate until firm.
