Smoked pork shoulder is a whole different meat than oven roasted pork shoulder…. It’s like saying a strawberry smoothie is the same as a strawberry banana smoothie.

​@jessicadaigle9358 if you live in an apartment that's one thing. But something as simple as a $15 kettle grill from Walmart can be set up as a smoker. Makes a world of difference

Your choice. People usually pour some out to concentrate flavor. Also some people save the stock for other things

Damn. Mine didn’t work. Not sure what I did wrong. Bake 275 4 hours for 3 lbs of pork shoulder

Your temp was way too low. At that temp you should have doubled time. She said 325 degrees.
