How to make Pav bhaji | Pav bhaji recipe | Mumbai Style Pav Bhaji | Street food (pav bhaji)
Pav bhaji recipe
Boiled vegetables:
1 big green bell pepper/bhopli mirchi/ Simla mirch
1 big red pepper/bhopli mirchi/ Simla mirch
1 cauliflower
4 big potatoes
Frying and masala ingredients-
3 tsp butter
2 Tbsp oil or as needed
2 big onions
2 tomatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup green peas (matar)
2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
3 tsp any pav bhaji masala ( I used Everest)
1 tsp amchur powder or 2tsp lemon juice (don't skip this ingredient)
salt as per taste
For Garnishing- Fresh Coriander, chopped onions, lemon.
*You can get all the ingredients in Indian grocery stores.
This recipe is good for 5-6 persons.
Tips- you can use carrots, beet root, French beans/frasbean etc.
Pav bhaji tastes even better the next day!
