The corn you used has the chaff already removed. You can still use the puree like that without sieving though your pap may be heavier and not very smooth

Hi dear I’m sorry for the late reply, Fresh crayfish is as good as fresh prawns, you can make any soup or sauce with it. Like shrimp sauce or Nsala soup.. don’t worry , you won’t disgrace yourself lol!

No, I don't think oven drying will be ok. The idea is to eliminate the liquid while the oven will end up cooking the paste.

I make my own and I sundry it, covering it with net, but the yellow color did not come out, and it's not all that white, secondly the taste is not good, It does not have fresh taste

As for beans powder, wash as you normally wash beans and remove shaff. Then you dry until completely dry wether using dehydrator or under sun. Then blend to get smooth powder. Finish

For pounded Yam, peel and cut into small cubes, then pour hot water inside and leave for 5 to 10mins. Then you can sieve and completely dry and grind and sieve then store

No. The oven will end up getting it cooked instead of just drying the water in it.
