@@hylbertvonmayhem6562 So, what you're trying to purport is that wisdom or any form of experience comes exclusively from people old? While *you* are at it, pick up a book on Psychology and discover that learning begins not long after an organism is born; This process continues until they die. Children who go through hardship can exhibit traits usually only present in people as much as two or three times their age, otherwise expressed or understood as maturity. Boredom occurs when an organism has little or no motivation to do anything. The corona virus quarantine seems to be a great motivator for people to focus on tasks they might have been avoiding...for others, to learn to discipline themselves to be better individuals. Otherwise, yes. There is literally nothing to do.... Unless you account for the vast reservoir of learning, entertainment and otherwise engaging activities that the internet has to offer. As for this video, I feel like it's aimed at people who enjoy junk food. If you could garden, then there's no point in making ramen when you can make deliciously seasoned salads, soups and sandwiches. Those chickens lay eggs too, meaning even more recipes become available. Ramen is trash.

Just 2 things that you can do to improve your noodles, the ingredients are fine but you need to use less water while making the dough. The dough should be formed by little pieces that are barely hydrates and you fuse them spreading the little humidity you have through "playing" with it, that makes it develop a glutenous texture that makes the dough stretchy, and you must do that specially when you have a coarse flour like the one you have. The other part is don't use oil to avoid making the dough stick to the table when stretching it, use dry flour or they will catch too much humidity.

Please don't support this copyright scum bag, and by the why he gives up almost immediately after failing expecly if he is trying to do something someone else has already done, than he claims that the other guys pulled off a Hokies, to justify his own failures. I know they're not fake videos, because I was making the same things out of almost nothing as an elementary schooler.

You should try making them with eggs and doing thick cut as in wide but knees them to be thinner as well as keeping your dough in four to prevent hem from merging and boil them in water

Cool video! Maybe hanging the noodles from a high spot and letting gravity stretch very long thin noodles. Still may be difficult but with enough height you may only need a strand or two

Dudes amazing. 2-3 second video on how to press your own olive oil moves on using ancient techniques / tools. Makes so many things look easy and always with no fanfare. Next up… whips up a plan to solve world hunger in 2-3 seconds and casually moves on. You simply don’t know until you try.

You really need to start using a rocket style stove/fire/heating element for your projects (cooking, smelting, etc.). The idea of draft combustion has been around for a very long time, and when the need for better heat control, as well as flame-over, focus, etc.....it will help a ton with some of the cooking you do.

Was kind of expecting the pull and fold method. If you've ever seen someone make dragons beard candy by hand, its a very similar process, and puts less strain on one point in the noodles.

Roll the dough thinner rub some flour on it and fold on itself like a paper fan before cutting thinly into strips. Also I don't know if you let the dough rest after kneading for 30 min to develop gluten.

With the oil you can make, the caustic potash from your soap episode, and the foreshot of the distillation of moonshine, you can make diesel that can be put in a truck. Just an idea.

Noodles are typically made with an alkaline solution to improve their texture most commonly baked baking soda which I think you already have available. If you try this again or just want to make homemade noodles you should add it.
