Brine Ingredients
2/3 cup water
1/3 cup distilled white vinegar
1 tsp kosher salt
1 TBSP pickling spice
Brine Instructions
Heat water and vinegar in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Add salt. Stir making sure salt has disolved completely.
Add pickling spice to a Pint size Mason Jar. Pack Jar with fresh okra. Pour Brine over okra. Place lid on the jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks. Okra is ready to eat after 24 hours.

Peppers
Peppercorns
Red pepper flakes
Onion
Fresh dill
