How to make rhubarb jam recipe - to make approx 1kg you will need:
650g chopped rhubarb
1.5 cups of sugar
1/2 a lemon
Coat rhubarb in the sugar in a pot, squeeze the lemon over it and leave the lemon in there. Let it sit for 1hr. Bring it to the boil for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until it's reached setting point.
