S'mores might just be one of our absolute FAVOURITE things.. like ever! So we obviously jumped at the chance to make a s'mores ice cream, packed full of delicious, cinnamon-y, graham cracker pie crumb, toasted marshmallows and the most indulgent chocolate sauce EVER! Grab your blow torch and ice cream machine and let's get to it!
The ultimate S'mores Playlist - • S'mores Bakes
ICE CREAM CUSTARD
4 Egg Yolks
150g Caster Sugar
300g Double Cream
550g Whole Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
CHOC SAUCE
30g 70% Chocolate
20g Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt
60g Double Cream
25g Caster Sugar
100g Golden Syrup
PIE CRUMB
50g Plain Flour
60g Wholemeal Flour
25g Light Brown Sugar
Pinch of Sea Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon
10g Honey
60g Melted Butter
1-2 tsp Cold Water
Large Marshmallows

I have the same ice cream machine maker and it's a pain to get the ice cream out of there... The handle always gets involved... I made the same ice cream a few weeks ago but instead of doing the pie crumbs I just crushed up some Biscoff cookies

It is SO annoying getting the handle out - I'd say that's probably the only flaw to the machine!

Very nice recipie Jemma! They looks dreamy ice cream dessert recipie! I just love it! Can we make the ice cream with "delact milk" because i have allergy on lactose? Thanks so much! I'm sure you can make this ice cream with milk alternatives - we haven't tried it so can't confirm that it'll work exactly the same! You can also make this ice cream without the machine - it'll just take a little while longer! And yes, you can use honey in the sauce!

Ice cream machines are a great investment! Cuisinart are a great brand (that's the one we use) and they're generally quite affordable - around £250-£300. I'm sure there are deals online from time to time to get them a little cheaper!

You could get already-made vanilla ice cream for a cheat, and use broken-up graham crackers as well.

You can totally make this by hand - it'll take little longer OR buy a good vanilla ice cream and jazz it up to make it s'mores 😍👌🏼

I was curious too, Google tells me that in the US it's called whole wheat flour. The joys of speaking the same language and still not being able to communicate.
