I SWEAR Cindy Lynn, I watched that little butterfly get stuck to the tip of your finger and I watched it trail off the card and not once BUT TWICE- TWIIIICE I looked in my lap for it!!! The first as soon as it fell out of the screen and again when you were looking for it!!!! SMH, sometimes papercrafting can make me crazy. Love these ideas, I have yet to make a scene card, I have all the stuff for them, but I think it intimidates me. So thank you for sharing ❤

You should call that MRI place and ask them if they have a list, if someone cancels to have them call you so you can get in earlier. If your in pain honey. That's a long time to wait. Prayers and hugs

Option to stamp sentiment on another piece of cardstock so we don’t ruin a card? Also use heat gun to quickly dry Versafine or emboss with clear embossing powder. Love love your coloring and cards! Thank you!

Stampin up has had scenes for a while. The new mini catalog has quite a few scene building stamp sets. I agree Stampin up needs more (larger) circle, squares and slim line dies. The best way to handle blending brushes is to have one for each color family. Gina K designs has regular and mini blenders brushes, individuals and sets at a reasonable price.

I really like the circle cut out card. I plan to use that technique for my grandkids valentines cards. I do not usually do scene cards either.

Happy New Year, I use dawn dish liquid to clean my stampin up blending brushes. I know it's a pain, but I rinse them right after using, put Dawn on, scrub a little and let them set for a minute. Then add a little water to activate soap and scrub again. Gets ink out pretty well. Only color I have trouble with is the red. I don't let them sit around for a day anymore either. Love the broom from Carol, it was so cute! Really good idea's for scene building. I'm thankful I found you. You've taught me so much. Thank you

I love Nomes but you have to see their eyes. I hate when their eyes are covered. The cards are so cute. I can’t believe you have to wait almost 6 months for a MRI. My husband went one day, freaked out so they had to stop so he went 3 days later for sedated and freaked out again. 5 days later he had an open MRI. You sit on a chair and they tilt you back. We have MRI places all over. Why do you have to wait so long? I hope you’re not in to much pain. Thank you for sharing. (Watched the first half live, but had to come back for the finish.)

I just found this site. I love that you are showing how to do scenes. That is a problem for me. I love the cards you made. This video was so helpful. On the Brother scan n cut, I had problems when I first started with mine too. I found The Papered Chef and she does a lot of videos on it. Now mine cuts perfectly so I quit buying dies. Thank you again for teaching to build scenes.

About Versafine Ink. After you stamp your sentiment or image, you can emboss it with "WOW! Clear Matt Dull" embossing powder and there's no drying time involved. You still need to use your embossing buddy before inking or like all embossing powders it will stick where you don't want it to, Then you get clear specks. This has worked great for me when I need it dried quickly. I learned this little trick from one of Simon Says Stamps designers. I don't recall off hand who it was or I would give credit.

You can replace those nibs on Copic markers with the bullet point. I like momento black ink. It doesn’t have India ink, it’s I think just a dye ink.

Regarding the ink blenders, everyone I've talked/messaged said they don't clean them so I stopped doing that. They just use one for green, one for blue, etc.

I'm having the same problem with versafine. I use the Misty mort of the time and do have Stamaratus but I'm having trouble even with it getting a clear image.
