INGREDIENTS: * 1 & 1/2 = 270g cups yellow corn meal
* 2 cups = 300g all purpose flour
* 1 & 1/2 = 360 ml cups whole milk
* 4 eggs
* 2 sticks = 1 cup unsalted butter melted (use 1 tsp to grease skillet, 2 tbsp for glaze, and rest for corn bread batter)
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp baking soda
* 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp lime juice
* 1/3 = 140g cup sugar
* 4 tbsp organic honey
* 2 tbsp melted butter and 6 tbsp honey for glaze
