Ingredients:
Eggs 3.
Butter 4 oz.
White sugar 1/2cup.
Brown sugar 1/2 cup.
Vanilla extract 1tsp.
Baking powder 1tsp.
Baking soda 1tsp.
All purpose flour 1,1/2 cup.
Crushed walnuts 1/2 cup.
Shell walnuts as required.
Method:
First preheat the oven on 360 decrees F.
Second Greece 8×8 round tin pan with the butter. Third in a mixing bowl add butter and beat it until creamy then add white and brown sugar gradually then add vanilla extract now add 3 eggs one by one along with flour. 1 egg and 1tbs flour. Second egg and 1 tbs flour, third egg and 1 tbs flour. Now add the remaining flour on slow speed then add baking powder, baking soda in the end add crushed walnuts. Make sure use the electric mixer for good results. Now transfer it to the baking tin. On the top set the shell walnuts and bake it on 360 decrees F for 30 minutes. After baking, cool it down on cooling rack and enjoy with coffee or tea.

Thanks for your time Gabriel Carvalho, I used the kitchen aid brand machine but you don't have to use one specific machine you can use hand beater or any kind of you have available. Ans also sorry for the late reply

Yes, you can use electric beater. No it will not get curdle don't worry just mix the flour slowly. Thanks for your interest 😊

Yes because we need little thick better for the top walnut if we add milk it will be watery .

I tried this recipe last night. While the flavor was okay. It was very, very dry. I think your instructions are a bit confusing. You add an extra tablespoon of flour while adding each egg but then your instructions say to "now add the rest of the flour, 1-1/2 cups". The tablespoons I added was in addition to the 1-1/2 cups because, for me, the instructions were confusing. Not a winner for me 😔

Thank you for trying my recipe, I am sorry if you got confused. You have to add one by one egg along with the 1 TBS flour from the total 1 and 1/2 cup and in the end add the rest of the flour. I hope you understand. The other thing, I think you baked it on high temperature that's why it's hard.
