HELLO EVERYONE!! THIS IS VERY DELICIOUS DESSERT. I HOPE YOU ALL ENJOY THIS RECIPE. RECIPE BELOW.
SWEET POTATO COBBLER INGREDIENTS:
3 LARGE SWEET POTATOES (OPTIONAL)
2 PIE CRUSTS
1 1/2 CUPS OF WHITE SUGAR
1 1/2 CUPS OF LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
1 OR 2 TEASPOONS OF ALLSPICE OR NUTMEG/CINNAMON
1/4 TEASPOON OF SALT
1 TEASPOON OF VANILLA EXTRACT
1 STICK OF UNSALTED BUTTER
+ 2 TBSP TO BRUSH ON TOP CRUST
SUGAR/CINNAMON OR ALLSPICE (TO SPRINKLE ON TOP)

I made this today - it was wonderful! I only used a total of 1 3/4 cups sugar (white & brown.) I was concerned I might have too much liquid, but no, the cobbler/pie turned out perfectly. Thank you for the recipe, Ms. Brenda. This will be a holiday staple going forward.

I was looking for a sweet potato cobbler because it reminded me of an older church member who used to make it and I loved it. This recipe is awesome, this is my go to whenever I want sweet potato cobbler. I think this is my 3rd year that I’m gonna make it. Yummmm

My sweet MIL use to make Sweet Potato Cobbler. She only used Vanilla. Her family (including my Hubby) didn't like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger or cloves.She made homemade pie crust. Her's was delicious. I would eat your cobbler anyday Ms. Brenda and Love it, also. Merry Christmas.
