I tried your recipe yesterday.It was really awesome...but one thing,the outer coating was thin.I had put corn flour in the egg,but I crushed rusk and used instead of bread crumbs.Is that the reason?

ഞാനും കട്ലറ്റ് ഉണ്ടാക്കിനോക്കി നല്ലതായിരുന്നു. 400gm ബീഫ് ആണ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് അതിനനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ചേരുവകൾ currect ചെയ്തു. ടോട്ടൽ 15 കട്ലറ് ഉണ്ടാക്കി.കൊള്ളാം എനിക്കിഷ്ടമായി.
