500grams mutton mince/ground beef mince/chicken mince
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 medium onion
4 green chillies
1/4 bunch corriander
1 tablespoon finely Chopped mint leaves
1 heeped teaspoon jeera/cumin powder
1 teaspoon salt
100ml milk
2 slice bread
100grams mozzarella cheese
2 medium potatoes
vegetable oil for frying chips/seekh Kebabs
3 to 4 eggs
breadcrumbs

Wow. This is so impressive! Love your innovative creativity on a seekh kebab, its the first time I have seen a stuffed version with cheese and chips..will certainly try and keep you posted.
