Jambo Mengi Sanna ! I lived in Kenya many years ago and my son found your recipe on-line and asked me to cook the 3 Herb Liver. It came out so good that he has asked me to cook it 3 more times. Thank you for this delicious recipe. We love liver cooked this way. If I am blessed by God I will be coming back to Kenya.

I hate liver but I was looking for a recipe because I am pregnant and want the nutrients. This one seemed promising and it is. Liver was more tolerable. The sauce was amazing. I even got seconds of liver. Still not my favorite thing to eat but very good. Husband suggested me to add lemon to mind and it was great. Thank you!!

Hi Kaluhi - I cooked the Liver Last night and 1 it was fairly simple, full of Flavour and most of all a hit with everyone including the kids. Then the membrane thing helps a lot when removed, no more saying ''Liver hukauka haraka'' Off to the next challenge i.e. Kaluhi's mahamris.

I love liver, and I knew about the membrane removal, but I didn't know about the soaking it in the milk to remove bacteria. Great to know. Lovely recipe and you are just wonderful, and passionate about cooking. I stumbled across your channel and you peeked my interest. I'm from the Caribbean and I was just fascinated by your positive personality. I've also just subscribed to your channel. Wishing you continued success.
@carlosgonzalez27064 жыл бұрын
It doesn't actually remove bacteria, but soaking the liver in milk/water will help remove that 'bloody' taste that turns so many people off from it. I'd recommend it if you have kids.
