I hate liver but I was looking for a recipe because I am pregnant and want the nutrients. This one seemed promising and it is. Liver was more tolerable. The sauce was amazing. I even got seconds of liver. Still not my favorite thing to eat but very good. Husband suggested me to add lemon to mind and it was great. Thank you!!

Hi Kaluhi - I cooked the Liver Last night and 1 it was fairly simple, full of Flavour and most of all a hit with everyone including the kids. Then the membrane thing helps a lot when removed, no more saying ''Liver hukauka haraka'' Off to the next challenge i.e. Kaluhi's mahamris.

Amazing! I didn’t have tomato sauce at home so I used Hummes and water instead and seasoned it with curry.
