Ingredients: 1. Eggs - 3 2. Onion - 1 large 3. Green chillies - 1-2 4. Curry leaves - few 5. Oil - 1 teaspoon 6. Salt to taste Method: 1. Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl. 2. Add finely chopped onions, green chillies, curry leaves and salt to taste. Mix well. 3. Heat a large pan and add a teaspoon of oil. 4. Add the egg mixture and cook covered on both sides on low-medium flame. Enjoy these very basic and easy to make egg omelette for breakfast or as a side dish for rice.

ഞാനൊരു ഓംലറ്റ് റെസിപി പറയാം. ചെയ്തു നോക്കുന്നവർ അഭിപ്രായം പറയണേ.... രണ്ടു മുട്ട നന്നായി അടിച്ചെടുക്കുക, ഒരു ചെറിയ ക്യാരറ്റ് , ഒരു പൊട്ടറ്റോ എന്നിവ നന്നായി ഗ്രേറ്റ് ചെയ്തതും , ചെറിയ ഉള്ളി 5 എണ്ണം, ചെറിയ പീസ് ഇഞ്ചി, പച്ച മുളക് ഇവ അരിഞ്ഞെടുത്തതും മുട്ടയിലേക്ക് ചേർക്കുക , കറി വേപ്പില, ഉപ്പ്, മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി, ഗരം മസാല എന്നിവ കൂടി ചേർത്ത് നന്നായി mix ചെയ്യുക. ഒരു കുക്കർ അടുപ്പിൽ വെച്ച് ചൂടാകുമ്പോൾ കുറച്ചു oil ഒഴിക്കുക. കുക്കർ ഒന്ന് ചുറ്റിച്ചു oil എല്ലായിടത്തും എത്തി എന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കുക. Oil ഒന്ന് ചൂടായി കഴിഞ്ഞു mix ചെയ്തു വെച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കൂട്ട് കുക്കറിലേക്ക് ഒഴിക്കുക, ചെറുതായി ഒന്ന് ലെവൽ ചെയ്തു കുക്കർ അടയ്ക്കുക. ഓർക്കുക തീ സിമ്മിൽ മാത്രമേ ഇടാവൂ. 2 മിനുട്ട് കഴിഞ്ഞു off ചെയ്യാം. നല്ല സൂപ്പർ സ്മൂത്ത്‌ ഓംലറ്റ് റെഡി. ഓംലറ്റ് എന്ന് അതിനെ വിളിക്കമൊന്നു അറിയില്ല, എങ്കിലും സംഭവം സൂപ്പറാണ്.... try ചെയ്യണേ..... have a nice day....

Moriyathe yellowish colour aanu perfect thatt amplait 80 to 85% cooke matre cheyyavu...

ഇനി ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നത് വിവരിക്കാം ... 2 മുട്ട .. രണ്ട് തണ്ട് വേപ്പില .. ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ പച്ചമുളക് (എരിവ് നോക്കി) ചെറിയ കഷ്ണം ഇഞ്ചി .. ചെറു യു ള്ളിയോ സ ബോളയോ ആവശ്യത്തിന് (ചെറു ള്ളി ടേസ്റ്റ് ) ഉപ്പും കുരുമുളക് ആവശ്യത്തിന് ... കുരുമുളക് ഒഴികെ ഉള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ ഒരു കപ്പിൽ വെച്ച് അടിച്ച് പതപ്പിക്കു'ക ... ചട്ടി വെച്ച് വെളിച്ചെണ്ണ ഒഴിച്ച് ..ചുടുക .. കല്ലിൽ നിന്ന് ഓം ലൈറ്റ് എടുക്കുന്ന സമയം കുരുമുളക് വിതറുക.. ഉപ്പ് കുറവ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അൽപ്പം 'ഉപ്പും വിതറി ... ചട്ടിയിൽ നിന്ന് എടുക്കുക°.. (ഇഞ്ചി ചെറിയ പീസ് നന്നായി ചതച്ചാണ് ചേർക്കേണ്ടത് )
