Comfort food AF, Japanese tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet) curry for a perfect meal.
You could eat curry sauce by itself but with crispy, golden panko fried pork, it’s near impossible to stop eating. One of our favorite things to eat!

- Pork tenderloin, pounded out or thinly sliced
- Panko
- All-purpose flour
- White pepper
- Five spice
- Scallions (to garnish)
- Onions
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- White rice
- S&B Japanese Curry Mix

It was a little more than 1/2 cup water to cover the veggies, but you should add enough water in your pot to cover the amount of vegetables you put in! It'll vary on your pot size + amount of vegetables!
