This is called atwemo not poloo. Poloo is made with the matured middle layer of grated coconut.

Try n do yours with the right measurements, I love this when I was little. Ghana we don't have soft flour so I'm guessing it's bread flour she used because if the baking and soda she used

You are ryt Gladys . . . She has the know how, but the presentation, not satisfactory. Bringing stuffs tied in polythene bags, looks soo weird; having them in a nicely presentable containers will be more professional.
