Dear Efya, I am here to testify that your recipes are correct. I tried this chinchin recipe today and did everything as you said and the result was amazing. It was my first time to make a dough that wasn't sticky!!!! I have struggled for at least 2years to perfect this but today I learned it. At the end I made chinchin with uniform shapes, soft but crunchy and delicious. I am so grateful to you. May the lord increase you. ❤
