I appreciate your video, stick with it! Any suggestions/tips on making sure the flavor gets to the bottom? Like, how do I know it went all the way through?

It depends on the size of the cup. Consider pouring down the center and counting to 5-7 second with a 8oz when pouring. And then pour around the edges of the shave ice to get the flavor all the way down in all parts of the shave ice.
