A quick, healthy vegetable dish. Serve with boiled rice or naan. Delicious! An easy way to use up left over vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 tsp oil
1 small onion finely sliced
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 cabbage finely shredded
4 new potatoes finely sliced
10 string beans finely chopped
2 chillis chopped
Coriander to garnish
