Beautiful work mate well done. May I offer a little tip for the next go-round? Disregard the center hole when fabricating your replacement Jaws. And for the outer holes size them to allow you to tap a fine thread inside each of the two holes. You may consider SAE or imperial versus metric to find the ideal tap hole size to produce the best % of thread. The idea here is when it's time to remove the Jaws in the future you remove the screws that are securing the Jaws to the vice and then run grub screws or set screws into the threaded holes in the vise lands. Now you thread in flat face Allen screws to the threads in the Jaws and this results in a pushing effect that will separate the Jaws from the vice lands. I hope this makes sense.... a picture would be easier however I know anybody reading the comments section of this is going to be a seasoned Gearhead and all of this will make perfect sense if you think it through. Automobile manufacturers use the same concept on disc brake rotors to be able to separate stubborn/rusted rotors from the spindle or axle boss. Thank you again for this Beautiful video I just gave a couple of friends of mine matching vintage vices and I also have the same model and we're going to do a joint restoration effort.... pushing the Retro upgrade concept to the max and starting with some Vise Jaws made from scratch using the technique you show. I made a set of Jaws this way back in the 70s from 4340 and they are still going strong today. Cheers.

You made removing the old jaws look painful. It would have been faster and 2x easier to just drill it and use an easy-out to remove the screws. A couple of them would have come out if you had used a left-handed drill bit. Even cutting a slot in the head with a dremel tool to use a flat head driver.
