I have not heard of this before, it sounds like a great way to preserve honey. I have been wanting to start a hive . But in our area something is getting into the local bees. I am concerned on not being able to support a hive. Did see one bee last summer, was so excited. Hopefully this year to see some. Thanks for the video ! God bless you all.

I’ve tried that. I worried about my mixer burning up. I did 15 minutes at a time. And I did it for an hour. It’s still not as fine as some store bought creamed honey that I have. But it’s close. I don’t have one of those rubber scrapper blades that some kitchen aid mixers have. I used the whipper like you did but I wonder if the rubber blade would do better and faster

I know...I thought about my motor blowing up too! Mine took 20 Mins and turned out great, but after it sat a while, it started to separate. I don't know...Will keep trying!
