DIY Light Bar Wiring Harness
In this Titan Tutorials video we're going to show you how to build your own wiring harness for your LED lightbars. In this application we'll be building for two 7inch light bars. You can use the same process and procedure for cube lights or pod lights.
To build it you will need one relay, an inline fuse, a switch, and the appropriate gauge wire for your accessories.

Great video. Thank you. I have a question though. Say I have one LED light bar already installed and I want to add another one, do I just add it on like your drawing suggests, or I have to take into account power consumption of the 2 lights in order not to overload the circuit? OR as long as the total wattage of the 2 lights is within the relay capability then I am good?

In your video you take green wire to switch, can I for example, run that wire to a fuse tap to high beam in fuse box and use my stock high beam switch that way ?

Hi. I'm wanting to wire up a LED 20" Light bar to the ATV sub-harness. I'm new to wiring accessories up to ATVs sub-harness. On my sub-harness I have green labelled wire to be wired up to a winch at later date and white with black strip that's advertised for " Work light " with green wire along next to it for Honda ground.

Can you ground the black wire to the chassy next to the lighttbar instead of taking them all the way back to the relay ? ANd is it not better to ground the black from the relay to the chassy instaid of wiring it to the battery?
