1-pomodoro ( small break , 20-25 min share story) 2- to do list day, week, month(striking off, order of prority) 3- schedule tasks (prioritise) 4- 5 MIN RULE 5- importance/ value of time 6- START YOUR DAY BIGGEST TASK OF DAY 7- learn to say NO ( thoughts,ppl) 8- STAY FOCUSED (conc great) 9- REST and play ( laugh , dont over work through week no breaks just on weekend) 10- PRACTICE

The mom who works outside , leaving her kids back home alone - doesn't it deprivation of the rights of the kids who needs their mom at this crucial period of of their life time, which as you said ,will never come back again ! And this we could never imagine the impact of this effect. We are heading towards a destruction of natural system of life .

@@rehmanpashapasha2652 I did bachelor from government degree college hayatabad Peshawar phase 6 which is affiliated with university of Peshawar,in Germany you can apply to any subjects e.g you can apply for botony on bachelor of zoology in Germany it is the unique characters of Germany.
