Sounds like you just need to keep doing exactly what you are currently doing and give it a bit more time! It also might help you to do some more targeted practice by listening to things once at normal speed, then once again at a bit of a slower speed (you can slow videos down within the KZfaq player) where you also stop and look up a few words if you need to, then rewatching it for a third time at full speed to see how your comprehension has improve! This is a technique used all throughout the Innovative Language podcasts which I have used quite extensively to study multiple languages and I find it really useful, but you can do it by yourself just with KZfaq videos as well! It's definitely more of a targeted study practice though, not just casual immersion, so it really depends on how much time you have and how you prefer to learn.
