I have a Maytag Centennial washer and these methods worked perfectly. It saved me a lot of time as I was approaching removal from the back side of the washer instead of the front. Thanks for taking the time to make this video.

Just what I needed, I had no clue. First try was rough, cut thumb and swearing, then I used a screwdriver shank to compress the spring from underneath and tipped the panel up at the same time, made It pretty easy. Fixed my door switch In one hour thanks to you.

Thank You! Just got one of these that was used in a summer home for my fabric studio. Needed to bypass the lid switch, couldn't have done it without this video showing how to flip up the top panel.

Very nice and clear video explaining how to open the panel and showing exactly how the clips work. I watched another video that, if I'd followed his advice, would have sent me down a rabbit hole of disassembly.

After watching other videos that seemed to drag on I found yours. I too was lucky as one suspension rod had slipped and I easily reconnected. Thank you for a helpful, concise how to video.

Thank you for posting that. All a guy needs is the right info and strong thumbs and the cover was off providing the access I needed to remove the control board.
