I’m not am expert electrician so let me guess, he used 16 amp wire to connect multiple 16 amp breakers which will result in as much as 9/10 times that amount in the first piece on the left -> house barbecue

Personally I consider all plastic panel housings a fire hazard. They also have a tendency to dry rot and become brittle.

Just a tip: a proper calculated link between the breakers is ok. And to those who don't know yet: the only function of breakers is protect the cables and installation, not the devices to be plugged in.

@@largey2541 You dont need to have a bus bar, In some installations its even recommended to NOT use one. Etc an outdoor shed where there could be moisture build up. Iirc then busbars usually show the equivalant cable dimensions to use as long as you keep the cables short then its not a problem.

1- разделка кабеля отвратительная. Есть же тот же монтажный нож с винтовым ползунком - почему не использовать его? Выдвинуть вперед на 2-3 мм и готово. 2 - при достаточной длине проводов пускать их за автоматами сразу, не используя нишу для кабеля сбоку от din-рейки? Серьезно? 3 - площадь поперечного сечения проводника или американский AWG один на все, включая перемычки между нулевыми и PE-шинами? Кого-то ждет обрыв нуля со всеми вытекающими в виде сгоревших импульсных блоков питания... То же самое касаемо автоматических выключателей сверху - просто прогорит клеммник для провода сверху на одном из автоматических выключателей! Как итог - сборка для красоты, причем сомнительной красоты, да еще и на короткое время при реальной эксплуатации. Твердая "2" или F в американском варианте👎👎👎

@@maxbrotv8126 у него перемычки каждая отдельно, контакт никакой. Если случается, что нет шины, то перемычку делать сплошную с закольцовкой.

Do NOT use 1.5mm wire to bridge between the breakers. Always use 10mm !

@@MrThede02 one of the major mistakes as a normal thinking human... he did not use the proper diameter cabling. His browns across his breakers should have more capacity. And the cables entering his system are too thin too. I think they should have been at least 4mm2 and there are things as bus bars

There are connector rails for these breakers. And I would use a thicker main supply cable. The rest nice and clean install.

Agree!!! This is not up to code. For this amount of breakers you need thicker inputcables and proper busbar to join the breakers.

It is looking nice and neat. I don't know what load is this designed for, but main input cable seems to have surprisingly thin wires, inadequate cross section area profile, for so many breakers and branches, as well as the main breaker distribution linking shorts, the main phase bus. The properly dimensioned ready made copper (three phase) bus comb would be more adequate solution I believe. What are the shorts on the lower unused breakers side made for? They disable any protection if connected to any breaker in use. I am afraid I do not understand and see well how do you distribute the three phases among the breakers? Please recheck your project.

10년 넘게 한국에서 전기쟁이 하고있는데 올해부터 선 색깔이 전부 세계 규격화로 바뀌어서 혼란하다 혼란해 흑R 적S 청T 백N 녹E 에서 갈L1 흑L2 회L3 청N 녹/황E 선 색상이 전혀 다른걸로 바뀐게 아니라 사용하고 있는 색상도 섞여서 더욱... 어두운 곳에 가면 선 구분하기 겁나게 힘듬 ㅜㅜ

для такого монтажа есть спец рейки однополюсные и трехполюсные и четырех, и на разные токи . А так делают новички до первого пожара в щитке

So basicly you are having 10ish 16A breaker running of a single 1.5mm wire that is rated to support only 16 A. Also only one phase. Lets just hope there is another breaker on the incomming phase that trips first

Если делаются перемычки из провода между автоматов, то сечение этого провода должно быть подобрано под номинал того автомата, который стоит перед целевой группой автоматов, обычно от 6 до 10 кв.мм, а не те же 2,5 кв.мм, что и проводка.

Этот монтаж- монтаж человека, не знакомого с электрикой. Верхняя линия подключена до вводного, правого сверху автомата; черный провод нагружен девятью автоматами суммарным током более 100А. Селективность отсутствует, это значит, что при аварии в одной из линий будут обесточены все автоматы; часть автоматов отходящих линий имеют такой же номинал, как и вводной. Автор дерганного фильма не позорь электромонтажников

unfortunately not a nice and accurate job, in Germany everyone would fail the electrical test! Sorry for being so honest, I'm a professional (an engineer). in Germany, the optics are rated with 60% and the function with 40% in a test, because the function can always be corrected if an error occurs, but with unsightly work you usually have to start from the beginning.

Uses the best quality Merlin Gerin breakers, but then mucked up the installation, those neutrals are way too short, and the 1.5 links are way too small.
