Wow! I like the way you say I've used too much spray for the trees ..and redo the back ground! The second time rigger-trees are better than the first ones you did..so..Great Paul . The thing is that you do one error every 100 works , me one or two error every work! But I like to see how to fix it. Love yr way of teaching!

Yes, given the boat’s beam those are long oars, indeed. Maybe he was out in the early mist remembering his racing days. This painting is breathtakingly beautiful.

This is a fantastic tutorial. Where I live in the Caribbean there is water everywhere and this helps me understand how watercolours work to paint water.

I so love your tutorials. Thank you for taking the time and all the effort to produce these. I have learned so much in the short time I've been using watercolors. So glad you said ugly stage! All my paintings seem to go through that stage. With each new tutorial you do my techniques are reinforced especially lifting out and using other mediums like salt and pastels. Thank you as always
