Type of brushes are one of the most important part of the painting process. It will be very useful to see a photo with all the brushes used and some specifics about them. I wonder why most painters around here show so well how they paint but seldom bother to do so.

Problem is that people click away...you would not believe how small the amount of patience is that most of the people have when it comes to painting tutorials...the best retention on my videos is nearly ALWAYS when I do skip the process of introduction completely and jump right into the painting process. I`m not kidding, people really bail out the longer I "waste" their time trying to show them the brushes, the colour mixing, anything other than painting will really crash down the retention. Therefore most of the painters, including me, leave it out...it`s not what I like to do but it`s apparantly what most of the people want to have.

@@brennerfineart Thanks so much for the trouble to answer and with so much length and details. I really didn't know that this happened. I would suggest then, perhaps \ some information about the matter could be added/written below the video at the 'show more' area. It is just a thought. It will really be very much appreciated. By the way. I am one of your most faithful followers and subscribers always watching all your tutorials from beginning to end. I enjoy them and let me tell you that they have helped me a lot to improve my painting, particularly the way of how to paint clouds. Thanks again for your kindness and wonderful tuition. @@TessMArt Thank you Linda for your support and especially your feedback - your solution is so simple, I don`t know why I never thought about it myself ;-))) I will try to do both, a little bit more and perhaps shorter in the videos themselves and in the description box, too. One problem might be that I have not yet found a special brand of brushes that I use...I`m honest, I use most of the times pretty cheap ebay chinese brushes that I buy here on ebay Germany. But at least I can show them on the screen for a short time when I talk about the preparation of the painting. So the viewer might get a chance of seeing at least the shape and size of the current tools that are used. And really glad that you can take away input for your own work from my tutorials :-)))

@@brennerfineart Hi, I absolutely agree with what you have decided. To show the brushes, at least for a second, will be great, so we can easily see what kind of brushes they are. No more is needed. I also think that the listing of the 'colors used on the 'show more' area is a must. You'll be surprised how many people go there before and after watching the video to see if there is pertinent information and links, particularly by people who like to take notes. Really love the art. It would be good to see the final art at full size of canvas, ( zoom out) for a few more seconds, minus the 'next video' overlay.

Das ist süß, wenn du in deinen Videos englisch sprichst und dann immer ein "ja" danach sagst 😁 Die Wolken hast du wieder wahnsinnig gut gemalt🤩🤩🤩 Das sieht so mega echt aus, unglaublich 😀 Nimmt man beim Himmel und Wolken eigentlich den gleichen Blauton, und den dann in hell, mittel und dunkel angemischt? Help! Finding it really hard to find any kind of black. Could you suggest colours to mix. When i mix blue red and yellow i always seem to get a purple....😌

Black? You want to have a black colour? Why don`t you just buy one ;-))) Black is essential like white - I would not go without them.

@@brennerfineart Cyprus. The back of beyond😂 i forgot to mention i use water based oil as i cant use normal oils. I normally get most of my stuff from Amazon . thanks though . you are right. I need to buy me some black paint.

@@Khh444 You definitely NEED black - although it will last a long time, black is only used in tiny amounts. Not like my titanium white tube, those tend to get empty in a weekly turn (exaggerated ;-))) and I am using 200 ml tubes ;-))))
