Mate, just a tip to stop & prevent firther rust is spray boiled linseed oil on the chassis, even on rust spots on the body too.

This and your other vidio are great for people wanting to know how to fit the Xpajun Off-Road body lifts - a couple of tips: on the transfer lever, a lot of guys are now taking out the lever bending it forwards either by sitting it in a press and bending it (as close to the ball as possible) or by ctting a 'V' on the front side bending then welding to strengthen it before refitting it -- the same can be done to a manual gear lever as well. Withe the inner rear bumper relocation plates you need only to turn the bottom hole on the bumper bracket into a slot -- this is because the pitch of the holes on the chassis is 40mm while you are lifting it by 50mm - this allows the inner bumper brackets to be secured by 2 bolts each side

Thanks for the info. It’s a great kit. I’ve bought local kits before, but we’ll worth buying from overseas to get the extra bits you supply in the kit. No issues to date. Definitely recommend this kit to anyone wanting body lift

Lol I have those same exact tires; great Korean made Amazon ATs, 5 years later they’re still holding up great.

super thanks. Watched the body lift one a few times while i was waiting for the same 2 inch kit to come from the same place. Hopefully get it lifted in a couple of weeks. Glad you did this video also. He actually GAVE me his Pajero in Dec, a nice 2.8td LWB. As he was in my Delica group (he uses once of those now more) and he saw me struggling with the feral cat rescue (and other animals when needed) As i needed something big enough for the long traps and carriers etc. As my own Delica was off the road for a lot of welding and needed something for the winter snow here in hilly Sheffield... we got not a mm of snow lol. Anyway bought the kit off him a few weeks ago_ I took my Pajero to Polish / Ukraine border in March. Spent some weeks over there working with cats and dogs..various places. And want to go back next month, but this time right across to east Ukraine. So got better wheels, tyres. Just doing some other simple bits. Need to sort dc to dc charger, so can run a 3 way fridge. Rear drawers etc. While March was sub zero each night, June, July will be very hot with storms and flooding etc been told. So diff breathers, snorkel etc. What you see on tv, no matter how bad, until you see it, and smell it with your own eyes (and nose) you cant imagine.. I just worked with animals, but saw the huge ques of woman and children coming over the border. Well got to go and change the fan belts... do a little more before the FA cup final this afternoon... goooooooooo Liverpool lol. cheers

ah, the Pajero, its an auto (my Delica is a manual...seem quite rare, same 2.8td mid 90s)

@@PERTHSCOOTER07 finally got the body lift done, did it over last couple of days... now watching this again for when i do the bumpers up with the brackets..

@@MrEnglischjules good stuff mate. Hope all goes well. I reply on here in pretty good time so if you have dramas feel free to ask for advice. Just put 35” tyres on mine. With the 2” suspension lift and 2” body lift it’s turned into a real beast. Hopefully in the coming months I hope to do a full rundown.
