No matter how bad your English might be, apply to any call center you want to and while keep improving your English cuz there is no such thing as perfect English. Work on your pronunciation and grammar. Do not limit yourself no matter how bad your English might be.

To be honest, I'd rather refer a non-voice account like chat or email support than to a voice one because somehow I believe that I can construct a plain,good and understandable english communication in order for me resolve the customer's issue.unfortunately, it' s very rare to some job hiring.
