Even if we can re-ship the correct item, what if the company does not have a timeline of when the item will arrive? What if the company advices the customer return the wrong item to the store and have the item they wanted re-ordered? Waiting for the refund, while paying for a new order for the same item.

Oh...this is so nostalgic! This makes me miss taking in calls and speak with different types of customers. I had been working in a BPO for quite a while until I finally shifted to my profession. Wow this is precise. you disclose all the possible scenarios that we may encounter in the real world. dealing with those irate customer is not a joke. you have to maintain your composure everysingle call that you take, in order to resolve the issue of the customer perfectly. abide to the rules and call flow of the account and your good to go.

Not gonna lie, I'm overwhelmed but excited at the same time. Thanks for making us felt situation like this. So this is how it feels to deal with irate customer, I'll remember everything that I'm gonna learn in your videos. In this mock call, the agent won't be able to give any solution to the customer due to the company policy. Yes, this one's harder but you'll learn a lot (including how to de-escalate a sup call ( supervisor call).
