Is the office near your home with convenient parking and hours?
Are there weekend and/or evening appointments in person or virtually?
How do you make an appointment or reach the pediatrician?
Does the pediatrician respond to emails or text messages?
Are phone or virtual appointments available or do you always have to go into the office?
Does the pediatrician take your insurance or what are the fees associated?
Is there a wait to be seen or waiting room?
Does the office staff seem friendly and helpful?
Do you like the pediatrician?
Do you agree with the pediatrician’s health and wellness philosophy?
What happens if your child gets sick during the night or on weekends?
What happens when your child needs to see a specialist? Will the office help you schedule appointments and coordinate care?
When your child needs COVID testing or other appointments this winter do you feel the office will be willing to help you and arrange the care you need?
