Lots to take away from today’s video and still so much more to cover. These are just the basics and we’l dive deeper into positioning/decision making in a future video. Here are the points for today: • Develop confidence in 1 & 2 touch passing. • Create space to receive the ball with subtle movements. • Be able to turn and distribute the ball in 2-3 touches. • Constantly check over your shoulder to take in information before you receive the ball. • Move into a new space after you pass the ball to create more opportunities.

if you have an unopposed turn (check first, look around) you can open up body more towards the goal. If you're right footed, control with your left and you'll have an easy shot with the right foot. Left= control right and easy shot with the left foot.

We've got an under 17, sevens match Comming up so my teammates are making me a central back. 😖 you have any tips on how I can practice winning headers in corners or from crosses? +nihal rasheed To be honest I think heading ability comes mainly from confidence. I would suggest just getting someone to cross balls into the box and have you repeatedly hear them out over and over again. It’s the best way to improve.
