Put 3 large fresh leaves in 4 liters of warmed milk, stir and leave in and watch the curds separate from whey to make cheese. When curdled take out leaves and finish the cheese processdraining and salting. It leaves a very pleasant flavor and makes a good unique farmers cheese and tasty whey. Not a new concept, you should try it. It is especially tasty if you eat the cheese with fresh tasty fig fruits and honey❣️We also slice the fresh leaves and put them in soups and stews. They dry faster covered with a linen cloth. Cloth keeps the bugs away, absorb moisture and protects the leaves from direct sun. Sun-dried botanicals loose their medicinal properties.
