I’m with my consultant Colorectal surgeon,to sort my op out,stage 4,I have been waiting nearly a year bleeding and not constipated at all,I ended up in hospital a week before my original op with oxygen levels,and then 3 more times in November so they postponed me,but I’ve had pre op face to face and now this finally fingers crossed other wise I will be in touch with you ❤

Your channel is amazing and you provide so much helpful information! I live in the Netherlands so won’t be able to visit you unfortunately. I have a question, my doctor prescribed Dilthiazem for my fissure, but I have hemorrhoids as well, as the cream increases the blood flow for healing, would that not be counterproductive for the hemorrhoids? You don’t want them to have that or am I wrong?

lubricant? yes, needed at times of many miles walking. After various ointments I resorted to simple olive oil, a small bottle in my pocket, a drop or two on my fingers, going right on the spot. Thanks for your channel.

What is the procedure name for stitching blood vessels feeding the external hemorrhoids? Is this procedure done down the dentate line in the external territory. Or is this a procedure done up in the internal part affecting blood vessels like a THD?

Hi again Doc Chung. Could you please answer this simple question - could a groin strain (deep, maybe inguinal/sports hernia) result in discomfort in the anus/rectum? The day I sprained myself - I had this odd feeling in my bottom come along too. It has since never gone, and I still have a groin strain that the MRI wasn't able to pick up!! If you could answer I would be extremely grateful. P.S. I have an occult mucosal rectal prolapse - maybe you could do a video on this one day as I don't really understand it and I am unsure whether it is this giving me my miserable symptoms. Thank you!!!

I had a haemorrhoid since the summer or last year and a fissure in September it went away in December but I still got the hadmorrhoid afteri have a bm I feel throbbing type of feeling what could that be could it be the cut frm yhe fissure? And I have a skin tag too

My experience was stop straining while on the toilet. Then using the sitz bath daily no more than 3 minutes at a time.the cream helped me after it went down from being thrombosed.The important step is pat dry your area,don't wipe. After I followed these things 2 months later I felt normal again. Every once in a while I was taking collinsonia root as a weekly routine,one pill weekly. Hope this helps.

dr chung i have seen my fissure wound its almost 2 to 3 mm deep (the wound valley if that makes sense) what to do its been a 40 + days and it still seems fresh. i kinda get comet poop ( like a porridge consistency ) i strain very low to moderately so it gets out in few seconds can this be the reason for not healing my fissure wound ( i go no 2 two times a day)

Hi dr chung I have been suffering from pain since feb 2022 I was referred to a colorectal surgeon . My examination was too painful she said heamorriods was not the problem i have cutting pain and i bleed only a little for 3 days its stopped nw but I feel a lump or at least it feels like dat when I am passing stool it hurts soo much . I also have cutting , throbbing lingering pain after defecation. She is sending me for a sidmiostocopy on 8th feb . Will this test give me a diagnosis as to what is going on in my rectum. ? Could you let me know please

Hello DR Chung, Recently a lump grown near my anal opening, at first its kinda burning and irritated as it grows, I was anxious that I thought its a perianal abcess.. its not Flaring (PILE) up, its smaller than a pencil eraser, maybe a size of a rice grain.. it was like a firm frozen vien (no pain after a week).. it hides when i bendover because it is covered underneath the anal lining tissue (tried taking picture of it).. thus this size belong to the "maybe it will go away?" BTW: i'm in high fiber diet for the past 8mos, since then I have never had any flareup episode for my external hemo.. "Thanks to you!"

I tried tip # 2 about 7 months ago In the span of this 7 months I suffered it once 4 months ago This is a major improvement to me, because for the last 2 years Prior applying cream (calmoseptine) I was getting it every one or 2 months. Sir I'm suffering from chronic fissure frm 1month .many creams I used but .I take vegetables more n more in my diet.i drink water daily almost 4 ltr.i take sitz bath after motion. in between in the morning my motion goes tight and then it cuts again my anal .my doctor prescribed me Escot cream but when I used it I feel like acidity in my stomach.now I used sucral ano cream. But sir fissure is very pain full before motion and after motion...I walk daily 1km but still I'm suffering.when I go to toilet n trying to pass stool tears comes out automatically .I noticed I thing that my sphintcer is very tight n my anal hole goes very small ...sir please do prescribe some medicine for doing big anal hole. I watched your every videos and it gives me some relief thank you sir.

Use good laxative for soft poop And regularly take sitz bath One thing i want to say that don't eat too much fiber empty stomach it worked for me Take balance meal 1 chapati and sone salad dal and include maththa in your diet as well These are things helped me You can try if you want I used dulcoflex tablet for 3 days and after that i stopped taking them and took caster oil with mulk at night
