I was calculating my costs like this and then realized I was spending a LOT on delivery and sales tax for my ingredients without accounting for it. Maybe not such a big deal where you are - but in in Spain the sales tax is 21%!!! (and I can't buy wholesale). Just a reminder to be a good detective and make sure you find your hidden costs. Thanks for the vid!!

Yay! This actually made sense to me. And much better than the way I was doing it...operating at a loss cuz everyone wants a break. This is something I can stand on...the price is the price.

Thank you for the links - The MAC link did not work for me, but I have the Microsoft Excel for MAC 2011 - so I downloaded the "CostCalc.xls -- Microsoft Excel 4.0 format". It works just fine with my MAC OS X version 10.7.5
