I watched your video on how to make baby weight gain powder today, i noticed you didn’t sun dry those ingredients before toasting them on fire,but other videos I have watched so far,the ingredients are usually sun dried b4 toasting on fire. Well done! 1. Can i oven dry, rather than sun dry. Or what else can i use to dry it to make it fast 2. if yes to above, will it also give the same result as sun-drying. 3. I usually add ginger and other spices to my pap. Will sun-drying or oven-drying not affect the flavor and aroma cos essential will be lost Thanks a bunch
