I love the way you are teaching. That will helpme to get my risk safe to injuries. Normally i never interesting to wacht old videos. But when i saw yours some thing wake_up in my maind. Now i 'm more happy to steresting did it; I will try to apply every thing I wacht on your video to improve. I know first i need a great coach like you.

Great inspiration good tutor . Could you advise how you keep lower up without getting drop . For me , if i didn’t kick my lower start dropping . Give some advise drill / exercise to keep lower body up near to water surface 😊

Hey can you make a big kicksplashing video in pool? You lean back to the edge and splashing the water very high with legs its a good exercise

actually i been watching all your videos...but no...i saw the video where you had your body straight because my legs kept sinking so i did kick the legs a little though...and it worked like a charm..your the best.

you welcome but know this you save me because i just started swimming class and the teacher told the class to jump in the deep end of the pool and the water should bring you back up...so i did it but was terrified. So i exhale on the way in but did not float so they had to come get me from the bottom...so i checked on youtube and found your channel...she never told me any of the things you said...so when i found your channel i was like this makes a lot of sense so when i went to practice today i did exactly how you instructed and it work...i post the video on facebook...i feel so accomplished so thanks again and i will now watch your video on how to tread water...you are the real deal. love ya

That’s a good point to ask about. Sculling and holding this figure is a difficult exercise. Just as with other exercises, oxygen is important for muscle work. I am taking deep breaths and breathing naturally.

No, not at all. However, it's a good way to see how much harder your hands can work during sculling. Also, it's just a cool way to show off. 😎😁

@@easyflowing regarding treding water esp the egg beater kicks, what is the right time to learn this thing. I mean beginners should learn the basics of swimming like floating gliding etc first and then start to learn treding water in deep end of pool or should it be the other way round. And normally how much time it takes to learn egg beater kicks. Thanks

In this playlist, you can see the process I use for water safety and comfort in the water: Fear of Water (Lessons in Open Water): kzfaq.info/sun/PLlni5Zb5tjJmZhWlFRqkpHdQOdy_eNzGC So, I teach a basic level of treading water before I teach floating because my students need to feel comfortable getting up from a float. Breathing Balance (basic treading) Floating with getting up Glide in a streamline position Kicking in streamline position The process isn't always straightforward, so different exercises need to be added in between. If you watch the series, you'll see the whole process 👍

Treading water should be taught in shallow water first. Eggbeater kick takes a while to get into the muscle memory... practice practice practice. If the ankles don't get numb from the work, you ain't doing enough of it.
