I see it too but it’s strange tho because the two sides move individually, the left arm is justdoing less 😂

@@rangoo8227put your hands wider apart. the closer the grip the more triceps are used( think diamond pushups) , put hands wider to use shoulders more

I have a question my man. Let's say I can incline chest press 170lbs (total both sides) on a hammer strength machine. How much do you suppose I could be able to push on a standard barbell bench press? I know there's no exact universal formula, but what do you figure. Note that I've been using hammer strength for pecs for two years with regular flat dumbbell press (I can only do 45 & 45 so far on dummbells) and have never in my life tried a barbell press

It doesn’t translate very good, hammer strength is the best machine, and it’s not bad for muscle growth but for strength dumbells are better. I’d say you could barbell press 130lbs.

I would say 135. Did you figure out the ratio since this comment, I’m curious myself also
